Shipping policy
Non-Frozen products are available for Nationwide shipping as well as local Pickup at customer cost unless otherwise listed.
Frozen products are available for Local Pickup and Nationwide shipping (see details below)
Frozen products will only be shipped to locations with a maximum transit time of 2 days. Enquire with us for eligibility on shipping of our Frozen products to your location before placing your order.
Flat Rate Shipping is provided for orders up to 30 lbs, thereafter the cost will be determined based on carrier rates.
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, UPS and Fedex, unless otherwise requested by customer. Customer requested carriers are subject to Carrier rates.
In Stock Products will be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise informed.
Please note, once orders are shipped and in the carrier's possession, Kylami Kitchen cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery or missing/lost shipments. Insurance for up to $100.00 is included on all orders at no additional cost. Additional insurance is available for purchase upon request. If a delay or issue is experienced with the order after it has been shipped, the shipper should be contacted directly and the tracking number provided to assist in locating the order or to file a claim.
